Description

Our Kindred Skies is a thriving Eden Valley Vine Garden. Whole bunches were hand-picked in the first week of March then de-stemmed without crushing the fruit to fill our press exactly. Juice from the free run was fermented in a small tank between 11 and 13 degrees Celsius. The wine than matured on lees for 5 months.

The wine has high natural acidity, low pH and although bone dry, an alcohol of only 11%. This Kindred Skies 2022 of the Eden Valley Riesling was bottled to capture the essence of the vineyard, a looking glass if you will, and is ready to drink immediately or cellar for decades.

Dandelion Vineyards’ Wonder Room is now open!

Come and enjoy one of our sit-down tasting experiences tutored by our Wonder Room staff as you take in the breathtaking views of Firehawk Farm, McLaren Vale, the Gulf St Vincent, and the Willunga Escarpment.

We are open daily from 10am to 6pm and we suggest allocating 45 minutes for the $33 tasting experience and 75 minutes for the $66 tasting experience.

Kindly make a reservation for the entire number of individuals in your party, as we cannot guarantee seating for guests without a booking.
