“Wow there’s some exuberance to be enjoyed here. It’s as much red-berried as black but it has a kirsch-like sweetness and generosity to it, especially in the way it rushes up to greet you. Berries, florals, lights, camera, action. Oak is a minor player at most; it’s all about cabernet; it’s made in the modern way. Firm finish for good measure.”
