  • Cathay Pacific Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition 2020 – Silver Medal This is a delicious full-bodied shiraz, hitting all the right notes. Aromas of dark cherry and boysenberry segue to a slipstream of clove, mace and star anise. The oak, mostly older French and American, cuddles the seams without squeezing them too hard. Plump and soft. An effortless drink without being simple or underdone.  Ned Goodwin, Halliday Wine Companion

“Hand-picked, crushed to open fermenters, 8 days on skins, matured for 18 months in mainly used French oak. High quality Barossa fruit, part grown by famous vignerons, floods the mouth, and the cool vintage has preserved the elegance and juicy highlights of the fruit. Oak has made a perfunctory contribution to a lovely wine.” James Halliday

“Hand-picked, open-fermented, wild yeast, 8 days on skins, basket-pressed to French barriques (some new), matured for 18 months. Deep crimson-purple; a full-bodied shiraz in classic Barossa Valley mode; blackberry, plum, licorice, warm spice and soft, plum tannins all add up to a totally hedonistic play.”
