For us winter doesn’t officially start until the first glass of shiraz is poured!

Join us Monday Public Holiday, 10th of June 2024, in celebrating the start of the winter season with a Shiraz Exploration Lunch paired with the smooth, mellow tones of saxophone playing.

Discover our shiraz selection, with bold flavours and intense aromas, perfectly paired with winter dishes crafted by Chef Chris Bone.

Your ticket includes a Shiraz tasting, degustation lunch, and live music, all of which you can enjoy while taking in the beautiful views over the vines at Firehawk Farm and McLaren Vale.

Dandelion Vineyards’ Wonder Room is now open!

Come and enjoy one of our sit-down tasting experiences tutored by our Wonder Room staff as you take in the breathtaking views of Firehawk Farm, McLaren Vale, the Gulf St Vincent, and the Willunga Escarpment.

We are open daily from 10am to 6pm and we suggest allocating 45 minutes for the Regional Flavours Tasting Discovery, 75 minutes for the Firehawk Estate Journey and 90 minutes for the Legacy Tasting Experience.

Kindly make a reservation for the entire number of individuals in your party, as we cannot guarantee seating for guests without a booking.
