This youthful Fiano vineyard in the heart of McLaren Vale was picked on the 27th of March, then destemmed in small batches without crushing the fruit to fill our press exactly. The free run juice was fermented in small stainless steel tank between 11 and 14 degrees to capture the distinct Fiano fruit characters.

This Love Letter from McLaren Vale Fiano has a distinct Honeysuckle aromaticity and high level of natural acidity.

Dandelion Vineyards’ Wonder Room is open!

Come and enjoy one of our sit-down tasting experiences tutored by our Wonder Room staff as you take in the breathtaking views of Firehawk Farm, McLaren Vale, the Gulf St Vincent, and the Willunga Escarpment.

We are open daily from 11am to 5pm and we suggest allocating 30 minutes for the Regional Flavours Tasting Discovery, 45 minutes for the Firehawk Estate Journey and 60 minutes for the Legacy Tasting Experience.

Kindly make a reservation for the entire number of individuals in your party, as we cannot guarantee seating for guests without a booking.
