**Limited Edition Museum Release** Whole bunches from our most distinctive Shiraz from Nat McMurtrie’s Vineyard were hand harvested in the first week of March then and fermented on stalks in open fermenters on top of some Riesling skins for eleven days, hand plunged twice a day, before careful basket pressing into some new but predominantly older French Oak Barriques to finish fermentation and enhance the wine’s perfume and palate. After 18 months maturation and a racking in the same oak, we bottled this Lion’s Tooth without filtration or fining, to capture the essence of the vineyard. Dandelion Vineyards’ Wonder Room is now open!

Come and enjoy one of our sit-down tasting experiences tutored by our Wonder Room staff as you take in the breathtaking views of Firehawk Farm, McLaren Vale, the Gulf St Vincent, and the Willunga Escarpment.

We are open daily from 10am to 6pm and we suggest allocating 30 minutes for the Regional Flavours Tasting Discovery, 45 minutes for the Firehawk Estate Journey and 60 minutes for the Legacy Tasting Experience.

Kindly make a reservation for the entire number of individuals in your party, as we cannot guarantee seating for guests without a booking.
