Dandelion Vineyards Lionheart of the Barossa Shiraz 2012 was reviewed by James Halliday: "Hand-picked, crushed, wild yeast open pot fermentation for 8 days, hand plunging; 18 months in predominantly used French oak. While medium to full-bodied, the wine has elegance and freshness, with no hint of alcohol-induced warmth on the finish, and a particularly attractive bouquet; blackberry, plum and liquorice fruits and supple, but persistent tannins."
